Terms of use
The plain terms for using garage.fm.
Using the site
garage.fm is free to use for practice, rehearsal and personal or band use. You don’t need an account. Please don’t try to disrupt the site or use it to break the law.
No guarantees
The tools and guides are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the metronome accurate and the tuner reliable, but timing and pitch depend on your device, browser and microphone, and we can’t promise they’ll be exact or always work. Don’t rely on them where an error would cost you something important.
Your hearing
Keep the volume at a safe level, especially on headphones and in a loud rehearsal room.
Content
The text, design and code of garage.fm are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Names of musical styles are used only to describe the music.
Links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, garage.fm isn’t liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
